HUD Noise Assessment Guidelines (NAG) Study and Attenuation Plan for a multifamily residential renovation in Mechanicsville, Atlanta, GA. A SoundPlan traffic noise model was developed to inform the attenuation plan for impacted building facades.

Noise sources included road noise from interstates and arterials and rail noise from mainline and switching rail, along with mass transportation. The model accounted for topography, shielding/reflecting effects of buildings and ground absorption.
