Description of Services: Acoustic consulting services include 3D acoustic modeling of the two parishes (1800 sq.mi.) using SoundPLAN, conducting multi-day ambient noise measurements throughout the parishes, and guidance for noise ordinance development and implementation. SoundPLAN model considered road, rail, air, and industrial sources.
